Half Marathon Training Train for your best race ever with top USAT coaches!
The half marathon training program at Seattle Athletic Club is lead by USAT coaches with years of experience both competing and training in the nations top races. The program is designed to increase a runner’s mileage in order to properly train for a half marathon. Participants will have access to the top coaches and resources in the Seattle area. Each training program will consist of a 12-16 week schedule depending on what race is being targetted. Our coaches offer Tuesday night workouts withing a group setting along with several weekend runs. Coaches will help runners with their nutrition, proper training techniques and will be available to answer all individual questions. On top of all this, participants are introduced to an amazing network of local runners that often lead to new friendships and training buddies who have similar interests!
