Basic Yoga
A great class for both the beginner and the experienced Yoga enthusiast. Basics of breathing, relaxation, stretching, alignment and poses are introduced. No previous Yoga experience is necessary to enjoy this revitalizing hour.

Beginning Yoga
This class is a Hatha Style class taught using the Viniyoga Methodology, meditative and adaptable to suit all levels and physical abilities. Coordination of the breath and movement will be taught in this uniquely healing form of yoga.

Intermediate Yoga
Although open to all levels, a basic understanding of yoga is recommended (3+ mos. ongoing class). New poses are introduced while basic poses are refined.

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a meditative style yoga with long-held postures that focus on the connective tissues while muscles remain relaxed. By stimulating the connective tissues of the body, through which energy meridians flow, Yin Yoga proves to be deep healing and restorative for both the body and mind.

Yoga + Core
A great class for women new to yoga or experienced, who want to learn how to safely strengthen abdominals, low back and pelvic floor while improving overall strength and flexibility particularly in the back. Standing poses, sun salutations and inversions will also be explored in this fun, special focus yoga class.

Yoga 4 Athletes
This fast paced class is designed to condition the body overall, enabling you to participate in athletic endeavors and be less prone to injury. Be prepared to sweat, breathe and discover all the benefits of yoga that will help you improve your game on or off the court.
