About LaMont
As a former college football player and Cross-Countrn Mountain bike racer Lamont lives and breathes fitness while trying to avoid injury. The years of working in Physical Therapy and Clinical Exercise facilities has afforded Lamont the passion for; helping others become stronger, more comfortable and more confident in themselves. When Lamont trains, he employs high intensity, high volume, and low rest mentality. When training clients Lamont employs a scientific and functional approach with some good old fashion hard work ethics. He knows and subscribes to the general templates when training for specific goals, but always encourage enormous specificity with each individual and their situation. Lamont is extremely passionate about biomechancis, exercise physiology and making people feel comfortable. His goals are to obtain a purposeful career as a physical therapist/strength coach.

About Dana
Dana is one of those people that have thrived from being active throughout her life. By working at SAC, this has given her a stage on which to share her passion for health and fitness with others. Her passion is motivating people to achieve beyond what they ever thought was possible, and empowering them to live their lives to the fullest. Dana is also a thrill seeker and believes that we should always be open to new experiences, because you never know what you are capable of. This kind of attitude allows Dana to embrace participation in activities such as Canyon swinging, bungy jumping, sky diving and scuba diving.
